Refund & Return Policy
At Mayra Organics, we value your trust and satisfaction. Since our products are made in small batches with 100% natural ingredients, we follow a clear and fair return and refund policy to ensure a smooth experience for our customers.
1. Check Before Receiving
- We encourage all customers to carefully check the product at the time of delivery, in front of the delivery personnel.
- If you notice any visible damage, please do not accept the product and inform us immediately.
2. Damaged or Wrong Product
- If you receive a damaged or wrong product, you must provide us with a clear unboxing video (recorded from the moment you open the sealed package).
- Once verified, we will offer a replacement or return.
3. No Return/Refund on Used Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, once a product has been opened or used, it cannot be returned or refunded.
4. Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method used during purchase.
- Refunds will be completed within 7–15 business days.
- If applicable, delivery charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
5. Exchange Policy
- Only damaged, defective, or wrong items are eligible for exchange.
- Exchanges must be requested within 48 hours of receiving the order.
